I could not believe it. This is where all the jobs were. There were 50+ jobs on many of these sites. There were so many employers out there, I could not keep track of them. For example, I am an attorney and there are over 2,000+ law firms in Los Angeles alone. The incredible thing is; however, is that if you take a sample of like 20 of these employers there are likely to be more jobs on the websites of these 20 employers than there are on Monster.com or another major website like this. Another point worth mentioning is that as each vacancy is different and can be in different locations as online recruitment specialists, we pick out the most relevant job boards according to this criteria. Although your generic job boards will get you some great coverage, to ensure you get access to ALL the applicants in the market, a marketing role in Yorkshire will require some different sites to an engineering role in the south west.
