This may be a blessing in disguise as it will expose what we really need in life to make us happy. So for now stop thinking of the new car, the holiday on a tropical island. Instead begin thinking of not just the next few weeks or months but the next 3, 5, 10 and 15 years. The reason behind that advice is because employers are now going to be specific about who they employ. They will expect and want commitment, long term commitment from the people they employ. It costs a company to recruit and they don’t want to be wasting money on continually filling a post over and over again.
